Ansel turned 7 in March but it took me this long to convince him to let me take some photos of him.
We went tree shopping this weekend!
We got to see a donkey, a camel and a reindeer.
Watching an electric train
Taking a ride in the sleigh
And the kids played in the playhouse and had a snack of cider and cookies.
Winston recently went in to the vet for a scratch on his temple that wasn’t healing. While he was there, the vet discovered a large lump in his abdomen. An x-ray and an ultrasound later, it was determined that he had a tumor the size of a basketball wrapped around his spleen and a couple spots on his liver. The next week he went in for a liver biopsy and removal of the tumor and his spleen. His tumor weighed 11 pounds-we still can’t believe we didn’t notice it! We are incredibly thankful that his biopsy came back clean. He is doing well recovering and is enjoying fetching in the back yard in the cool fall weather!
The Greenwood Fire Station was having an open house a couple weekends ago. They will be getting a brand new firehouse soon and had the model there along with the architects who designed it. The kids loved playing on the fire truck and the ambulance.
